US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx mail. Shipping carrier is determined based on the destination to assure that your order arrives at the soonest time possible. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost during checkout.
Please note: International duties (custom charges and fees) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the standard delivery rates of your order. These are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes (your local post office may contact you). Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We advise you to check the cost of duties before you place your order. In the event you fail to collect your package due to non-payment of local customs, we will refund your purchase price less original shipping and handling upon return receipt of unclaimed package.
Risk of Loss: All products are shipped EXW via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Lure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once Lure delivers your order to the common carrier at our shipping location, risk of loss is transferred to the recipient. If the tracking shows the package was delivered, please contact your local mail carrier to initiate a lost package search. Any claims for loss or damage to the products arising following our delivery to the common carrier should be submitted to the common carrier. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
As an added layer of security, we do offer signature on delivery for online orders. We encourage you to exercise this option if you are concerned with the security of your delivery.
If you wish to change your shipping address after your order was placed, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to assist in updating your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed if the order was already submitted for processing. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package. Lure is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.
All returns must contain all product components, accessories and packaging. Returns received with damaged or missing pieces may be subject to additional fees which will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. If the product(s) you are returning were purchased with our Free shipping and handling promo, the shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund total. *When returning an item, please consider insuring it against damage or loss.
This return policy is for purchases from LureEssentials.com. If you purchased Lure products through an authorized re-seller, please contact them for return or exchange.
Lure Essentials products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of your purchase. In the event of a defect, please e-mail us your name, order number, phone number, detailed description and photos of the defective merchandise along with the proof of purchase. NO REQUEST will be taken into consideration without valid proof of purchase.
If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will at our discretion repair or replace the product free of charge.
WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of normal wear, accidents, misuse or damage due to inadequate care or neglect. Our WARRANTY does not cover damage due to environmental or natural elements, improper storage of the products, or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship.
